When autumn arrives, things get aromatic, hearty and cozy: our autumn cuisine brings the diversity of the season to the plate - from pumpkin to game, from warming to refined.
Our regulars' table invites you to an autumnal round table: come together, enjoy and celebrate the golden season with culinary delights.
Look forward to a seasonal fall buffet from the Hobenköök kitchen:
- Sourdough bread from Lene's bakery with lemon salt, rapeseed oil & green peppers
- Pumpkin slices with wild ham & lamb's lettuce
- Rocket hummus with marinated mushrooms & bread crispies
- Pumpkin soup with ginger & pumpkin seed pesto
Hearty & autumnal:
- Saddle of venison with pointed cabbage, king oyster mushrooms & sour cherry sauce
- Leg of venison goulash with creamed savoy cabbage & hazelnut spaetzle
- Risotto of oyster mushrooms, beans & spaghetti squash
A sweet finish:
- Chestnut and chocolate mousse with spiced kumquats
- North German brown cake with cinnamon blackberries & sliced almonds
