Dumpling Special! Theme evening at Gut Karlshöhe
In September, there will be a reunion with a real crowd favorite: Mulann Dumplings is back at Gut Karlshöhe - and will be bringing her handmade dumplings, which many of you already know and love.

Together, our regulars' table will be an enjoyable journey of discovery between tradition and creative interpretation: familiar favorites, new combinations and lots of taste.

Look forward to a varied dumpling buffet:

Classic Chinese:

• Chicken dumpling with Chinese leek & pak choi
• Green tofu dumpling with roasted sesame seeds & vegetables (vegan)
• Deep-sea prawn dumpling with red chili paste & wild broccoli

Hobenköök style:

• Labskaus dumpling with mustard caviar, dried egg yolk & colorful beetroot
• Cauliflower dumpling with grilled asparagus & caper-chive miso cream (vegetarian)
