Hildur Guðnadóttir has established herself as one of the most innovative and influential composers of our time. With an unmistakable talent for combining intimacy and organic sound textures with great emotional impact, she has shaped a distinct musical voice across film and television, including her Oscar-winning score for Joker as well as the widely acclaimed series Chernobyl. She moves effortlessly between classical, experimental and cinematic soundscapes, with the cello and a deep sense of human presence at the center of her work.

This Will Be Us is part of Guðnadóttir's 20th anniversary celebration and presents a new symphonic program that reinterprets key works in new orchestral arrangements. The performance includes music from albums such as Without Sinking, Mount A, Saman, Baer, Ascent and Erupting Light as well as highlights from her film score for Joker and newly composed works.
