Giessen’s Kultursommer is getting its own EDM festival: Felix Jaehn, Sam Feldt, Toby Romeo, and Jaguar are coming to the HOLY VIBES FESTIVAL in Giessen

Giessen’s Kultursommer is expanding its program to include a new festival format. On August 22, 2026, the HOLY VIBES FESTIVAL will make its debut at Schiffenberg Abbey. For the first time, an entire day of the event will be dedicated entirely to electronic music. With Felix Jaehn, Sam Feldt, Toby Romeo, and Jaguar, several internationally successful top acts are coming to Giessen.

Headlining the event is Felix Jaehn, one of Germany’s most successful DJs and producers. Songs like “Cheerleader,” “Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better),” and “Call It Love” have made him internationally famous. His music has been playing for years in clubs, on the radio, and on major festival stages around the world. In the summer of 2026, he’ll be making a stop at Schiffenberg as part of HOLY VIBES.

The rest of the lineup also shows that HOLY VIBES is set to be more than just an ordinary concert evening. Sam Feldt, one of Europe’s best-known house DJs, is coming to Giessen. Toby Romeo is among the rising stars of the international dance scene. Rounding out the lineup is Britain’s rising star Jaguar, who has already wowed crowds with her high-energy sets at numerous festivals and clubs. The festival day will kick off with a set by the team from planet radio Nightwax.

“With HOLY VIBES, we’re creating a format that hasn’t existed in this form at the Giessen Cultural Summer before. The Schiffenberg offers the perfect backdrop for this. Together with top international acts, we want to create a festival experience that attracts attention far beyond the region,” says organizer Dennis Bahl.

Within the historic walls of the monastery, a new festival day is taking shape that puts electronic music center stage and transforms the Schiffenberg into one of the region’s largest EDM venues for a day. Tickets for the HOLY VIBES FESTIVAL on August 22, 2026, at Schiffenberg Monastery will be available starting Friday, June 12, through the exclusive Reservix presale. Starting Monday, June 15, tickets will then be available at all major ticket outlets.
