Heike (59) works as a facility manager in building cleaning and mediates between customers, company management and cleaning staff on a daily basis. After she tries to poach a worker from an important subcontractor, the subcontractor threatens to discontinue his support unless he receives more hours and turnover. Heike is increasingly caught in a conflict between her responsibility towards her own employees and the conditions of the low-wage sector.
