In the organizer's words:
Heike (59) works as a site manager in the building cleaning industry and acts as a liaison between clients, company management, and cleaning staff on a daily basis. After she tried to poach an employee from a key subcontractor, the subcontractor is now threatening to withdraw its support unless it receives more hours and higher revenue. Heike finds herself increasingly caught in a conflict between her responsibility toward her own employees and the realities of the low-wage sector.
