Plants, fruit and a garden - in the Song of Songs, man and woman express their love and mutual attraction in a pictorial language. The biblical text has served as a source of inspiration for painters and composers for centuries. Some of their works will come together in the Vokalensemble 1600 concert.

The Vokalensemble 1600 under the direction of Christoph Garbe will perform a capella with accompaniment by theorbist Helmut Weigl.
