Maybe you know the thought: "Improv theater? At my age? Still now?" That's exactly why this course is made for you.

A lot changes after 60. Your career takes a back seat, your calendar changes. And at some point, the question arises: What else did I actually want to try, if not now?

Improv theater is surprisingly well suited to this. You don't have to be funny. You don't have to prove yourself. You don't have to be fast - speed is the biggest misconception about improv anyway. What counts is presence. Listening. Reacting. Exactly what people with life experience can do by themselves.

In this course, you play in a group that comes from the same stage of life as you. No twenty-year-olds who have already done it all. No stage, no audience, no memorization. Just simple exercises in the room, small scenes in pairs or threes - and the experience of laughing more than expected.

Led by Karin Badar, acting and theater teacher, herself over 60.
