Are you looking for a regular distraction from your everyday life? A way to switch off your mind and at the same time actively encourage and challenge it? To get your body moving without exhausting yourself?
Then improv is the right thing for you!
With a lot of fun and without any previous knowledge, you can playfully leave your comfort zone for a moment, meet new people and surrender to the magic of improvisational theater.
