This event is aimed at parents of children with an ADHD diagnosis or suspected ADHD. In an informative keynote speech, you will receive basic knowledge about ADHD and practical tips for everyday life.

You will also learn how to maintain your own balance and self-care despite the challenges.

The evening also offers space to share experiences and the opportunity to receive specific advice and information from other parents, experts and our AOK Family Service.

Participation is free of charge and open to members of all health insurance companies .
