your safe space run club in düsseldorf

for all women/flinta who feel too slow, too insecure or not seen enough in classic run clubs.

there's no pace-shaming here. just running, together. we run without comparison, without pressure and without performance demands. a pace that leaves room for the good feeling of running and for connecting with other women/flinta.
