Ineinandersetzungen: Lebendigkeit

In the organizer's words:

What is liveliness? How can you feel it and celebrate it together?

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the feeling of being alive gets lost from time to time in a multitude of tasks and obligations. The Vielsichten_Beirat invites you to an afternoon where you can reconnect with your liveliness through dance. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will explore the topic of aliveness through movement and exchange. You will explore somatic exercises and techniques from modern and inclusive dance and learn to transform your perspectives and responses into a shared dance.

You are welcome just as you are, regardless of what your body looks like, how it moves and whether you have previous dance experience or not.
