Inklusive Unternehmenskultur - Zukunft gestalten
In the organizer's words:
How can startups become more inclusive—even though they’re often still in the process of building up their time, resources, and structures?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss why people with disabilities (approximately 22.8% of the population) are an important issue for the future—especially for young, fast-growing companies—when it comes to hiring, and how concrete first steps can be integrated early on in the company’s development.
Together, we’ll examine typical challenges in startups:
- a lack of HR structures,
- uncertainty about how to address disability,
- time and resource constraints,
- as well as the question of how an inclusive corporate culture can even emerge.
The focus isn’t on perfection or “avoiding mistakes,” but rather on openness, reflection, and realistic approaches for everyday business life.
Participants will receive:
- practical insights,
- concrete examples from our work with companies,
- space for discussion and questions,
- as well as initial ideas for more inclusive recruiting and workplace structures.
The workshop is led by individuals who bring both professional expertise and personal perspectives on the topic of disability and the workplace. This fosters an honest and practical exchange among peers.
The workshop is specifically designed for:
- founders,
- startups,
- young companies,
- HR managers
- and anyone who wants to promote inclusion within their organization.
No prior knowledge is required. We want to make this event as accessible as possible. Please let us know what you need to participate fully.
