In this practice-oriented workshop, you will learn THE basic principles that have changed our training and our work in the long term. The focus is on the interplay between the nervous system, breathing, posture and movement.
You already know a lot, have tried a lot with your patients or clients? But pain and tension keep coming back and somehow the pieces of the puzzle are missing to bring the body into balance in the long term.
