In the organizer's words:
ectastic dance is a form of improvised and free expressive dance that is followed by light impulses. "Inspiration and dance" gives us impulses through simple concepts that we encounter directly in the course of our human development. In dance, we move with them and thus become more aware of our own experience. Through the dynamic physicality of dance in space, we also experience what the
lightness that moves our lives. Free and improvised dance playfully invites us to let our inspiration become our creator.
