Interactive lecture: Finding a psychotherapy place: Tips, tricks and exchange for those affected

This workshop consists of an interactive lecture and an exchange aimed at people who are looking for a psychotherapy place and/or need support in doing so. The workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.

The lecture will be given by Dr. Aileen Wosniak, Psychological Psychotherapist (VT), who will provide practical tips, tricks and advice on finding and applying for a psychotherapy place for statutory health insurance patients and private patients. Alternatives to outpatient psychotherapy will be discussed.

Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions and share their experiences.
