Isles & Rivers, OUTERNATIONAL
In the organizer's words:
"Isles & Rivers" tells the story of music as an eternal story of migration. The audience will experience a diverse program with Sokratis Sinopoulos, one of Greece's greatest lyra virtuosos, as well as Keyvan and Bijan Chemirani, who have developed their own unique way of playing Persian percussion. Yannis Kyriakides, who also performs on stage as a live electronic musician, highlights the Mediterranean as a space of refugee experience in two pieces.
