In spring 2020, the then 19-year-old Jakob Muehleisen joined the live band of bassist Tom Hauser, who was touring with his debut album "Offenes Herz", which had been nominated for the 2021 German Record Critics' Award.
In the same year, the two singer/songwriters came together as a duo and have been enchanting listeners with their inspiring harmonies and honest acoustic sound ever since.

Jakob Muehleisen, the "Bard of the Ammersee", is back on tour in 2024 to present his new album "A Scenario We Are Living In", which completes his trilogy "Liberty, Love, Time" after the albums "A Butterfly Sees the Moon" (2019) and "An Island in Argentina" (2020).
The singer/songwriter started his career at the age of nine as a street musician on the shores of Lake Ammersee, since then the 22-year-old has thrilled audiences throughout Europe at over 400 solo concerts, including as support for Jamaram meets Jahcoustix, Chris Simmons, Lucas Laufen, Dis M and others.
Jakob Muehleisen is the singer and guitarist of the music project "A Story For Reflection", founded in 2015, which was awarded the "Kultursonderpreis" of the district of Landsberg am Lech in 2020.

Moved by wanderlust, love of freedom and fresh air, the musician has been traveling the country in his bus since 2019 and is coming to you with his soon to be released second album "Ab Richtung Mond".
His music describes a journey from indie pop to loop-based minimal electro music.
After years of working as a bassist and producer, he became known to a wider audience with his 2020 debut album "Offenes Herz", which was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award in 2021 and played at renowned festivals such as the Tollwood Festival, North Sea Jazz Festival and Jazz & Joy.
The singles "Alles ist Einfach" and "Guter Grund" were part of Spotify's official editorial playlists "Deutsch Pop" and "Deutsche Poesie", among others.
