The ensemble around singer Anna Margolina brings together the aesthetics of the Great American Songbook with original compositions from her new album (Song Of A Girl, June 2026 on XJAZZ! Music), which stylistically moves between jazz and folk. "Given the band's sound, you could have easily dreamed yourself into the jazz era: Into a New York club lounge while people were dancing and drinking cocktails. You were literally waiting for Frank Sinatra to mingle with the audience with a glass of whiskey in his hand and for the singer to lie down on the piano." - writes Jazz Radio Berlin. As the front woman of the renowned Swing Dance Orchestra, Anna toured Germany's stages with 1930s hits. In her own programs, she devotes herself to contemporary sounds and also tells a piece of her biography.
