The CROWCAT TRIO from Düsseldorf has stood for acoustic jazz manouche full of joy of playing, virtuosity and musical spontaneity since 2023. In the classic line-up, Flávio Nunes (guitar), Torben Grimm (guitar) and (double bass) dedicate themselves to the style of jazz manouche, which was founded by guitarist Django Reinhardt in the 1930s.

Together they develop a transparent, acoustic band sound that thrives on the interplay between the guitars, rhythmic precision and improvisational freedom. Rhythm guitar, solo voices and double bass intertwine and provide the typical Manouche groove.
