Jazzgarten im Moertelwerk
In the organizer's words:
The "Jazzgarten im Moertelwerk" brings Leipzig's music scene back to the canal in summer 2026: On six Wednesday evenings, the Moertelwerk beer garden will be transformed into a place for live jazz, encounters and relaxed summer evenings. A special atmosphere is created directly on the Karl Heine Canal, where regional jazz musicians meet a curious audience, good food and ice-cold drinks.
The beer garden opens at 6 pm and the concerts start at 8 pm.
In bad weather, the concerts take place indoors.
Free admission, a donation is requested.
