On November 11, 2026, the international bestselling cookbook author will not only present his new cookbook SIMPLE TOO at Circus Krone in Munich, but will also delight his fans with charming anecdotes from his personal culinary universe and reveal exclusive tips live from the stove!

For millions of amateur cooks who loved Ottolenghi's SIMPLE (2018), enjoyable cooking will continue to be one thing: SIMPLE TOO, like the 135 brand-new recipes in his new cookbook of the same name, which will be published on 16.09.2026. In the midst of a hectic and noisy world, Yotam Ottolenghi's cooking philosophy provides the inspiration that his fans love him for: enjoying simplicity and experiencing culinary delights holistically!

On November 11, 2026 in Munich, Yotam Ottolenghi will show his fans how to enjoy cooking in his likeable way: with a love of experimentation and without the need for perfection. He will talk entertainingly about his favorite dishes and kitchen secrets and how cooking can be easy for himself and others. During his live shows, he reveals exclusive "Ottolenghi tips" and interacts with the audience by answering questions from his fans live.

Yotam Ottolenghi: "SIMPLE TOO is a continuation of SIMPLE. But the two years I spent working on it also felt like a response to the reality of our current lives; to a noisy, busy world full of possibilities that can sometimes be distracting or even numbing. I wanted to create a space that allows people to calm down a little more in the kitchen, to use what their pantry already has and to rely on the knowledge they already have."

About Yotam Ottolenghi
Yotam Ottolenghi is the owner and head chef of the Ottolenghi Restaurant Group, which includes eight delis in the UK and the NOPI, ROVI and Ottolenghi Geneva restaurants. He is the author and co-author of eleven bestselling cookbooks, which have won numerous awards, including the National Book Award for Ottolenghi SIMPLE and James Beard Awards for Jerusalem and NOPI. Yotam Ottolenghi has been a columnist for the Guardian since 2006 and is also a regular contributor to the New York Times Magazine. His consistent advocacy of vegetables, as well as ingredients once considered "exotic", has led to what some call the "Ottolenghi effect": a cuisine full of bright colors, intense flavors, richness and sunny warmth.
