While the owners fail to deliver, two Viennese architects use their expertise and imagination to design a fantastic retrofit for the New Kreuzberg Center. Through cost-effective construction using simple yet clever solutions, a place is created that not only functions but also inspires and offers space for all of Berlin’s diversity.
