This is probably every singer and songwriter's dream: to write a hit. Jonathan Zelter achieved this from his very first steps as a lyricist and composer from his living room at home. The moment he unsuspectingly jotted down the last words and notes for "A Part of My Heart", he began a journey marked by great success. Today, his then first single has over 17 million views on YouTube alone, has been covered by numerous singers - including most recently by chanson legend Mary Roos - and in the rankings and playlists of the most popular German-language love songs, his song "Ein Teil von meinem Herzen" has been in a neck-and-neck race with hits such as Herbert Grönemeyer's "Halt mich" and Silbermond's "Das Beste" for years. His songs have 25 million streams on Spotify, his videos on YouTube have more than 25 million clicks and most recently his song "Momente wie diese" spent several weeks in the top 50 of the TikTok Germany charts.

Jonathan Zelter doesn't need much to write a song, just a pen, a sheet of paper and a piano. Then there is his voice, whose warm timbre knows how to captivate the listener. Wordiness, poetry and sound that together move people. Jonathan Zelter's songs achieve this with almost playful ease, without ever seeming profane. The singer and songwriter focuses on authentic, German-language music and impresses at his concerts with dedication, humor and heart.

As one concert review put it: "The concert [...] simply made me happy from the first to the last minute. There is no "superstar" on stage here who has been designed by commercially oriented producers. Jonathan Zelter is a musician through and through, who writes his grandiose songs himself and also "embodies" them. Nothing here is artificial, everything is genuine. Lyrics, music and interpretation form a harmonious whole. you can feel that at all times."

After his successful, even sold-out unplugged tour in 2023, Jonathan Zelter wants to really go for it again. With new songs in his luggage, he will be going back on tour in Germany in 2024. And Jonathan's anticipation couldn't be greater - for his T O U R 2 0 2 4.
