Step into the unique world of New York artist Jon Seidman. His characteristic style is unmistakable: blueprint-like compositions viewed from a bird's eye perspective.
Complex lines reveal hidden objects and ideas. A wide variety of line thicknesses are transformed into forms that resemble city maps, satellite images or dreamscapes. Every stroke is deliberately placed, every shape a hint of movement. In addition to working with other artistic compositional styles, his unique technique combines technical precision with expressive freedom, making each work a recognizable extension of his identity.

Seidman now lives and works near Heidelberg. From there, he brings the energy of Brooklyn to Europe. He has exhibited his multi-layered work in the USA, Germany, Belgium, France and Japan.

Seidman's solo exhibition at Heidelberg iT spans around twenty years of artistic creation and focuses on so-called line art works in mixed media technique. In parallel, Seidman integrates visuals, soundtracks and loops as well as parts of his collection of stickers, color samples and personal objects from his New York studio.
