Jungle set a milestone with their last album "Loving In Stereo". Now the producer duo from London is going one step further and is expected to release its successor "Volcano" on August 11. Already now, singer and bassist Tom McFarland and guitarist and keyboardist Josh Lloyd-Watson present a forward-looking foretaste of the new work with "Candle Flame". The single convinces with timeless disco, soul and hip-hop elements and is already considered a secret live favorite when Jungle are back on stage in the fall. The neo-soul pioneers have now confirmed four new German concerts for November.
On "Volcano" Jungle show themselves again unmistakably diverse and full of energy - and yet personal and approachable. "We wanted to create a song that was both personal and relatable, exploring the highs and lows of love and relationships in a way that was both poetic and authentic," the duo says of "Candle Flame." The song represents everything Tom and Josh stand for as a band: Creativity, passion and their own aspiration to make music that touches their fans' hearts.
"We can't wait for everyone to hear it, and we hope that it brings joy and inspiration to all who listen," Jungle said in joyful anticipation of their album release and the associated German tour.
