Last year, KÄF featured the Dubai-based world-jazz eletronica trip NOON. Further to the success of the event, we have added 2 additional editions of KÄF this year.

June 4 - featuring the Dubai-based dream-pop duo WYWY accompanied by Berlin-based visual artist Robin

WHO IS WYWY?

WYWY is a dream pop duo based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, consisting of X Alvarez (vocalist, synths & xylophone) and Mckie (synth, bass & guitar). The couple creates a haunting, ethereal sound that blends dreamy melodies with introspective lyrics.

WYWY's music is characterized by its brooding atmosphere, soul-stirring lyrics, and delicate vocals that ebb and flow among swelling guitars, drums, and synths. Their sound incorporates elements of dream pop, shoegaze, and ambient music, creating a unique sonic landscape that captivates listeners.

WHO IS ROBIN?

Robin is a multimedia designer focused on telling visual stories with a love for blending analog and digital.Robin makes sounds visible, give feelings texture, and bring emotions to life in various forms of media.

Working full-time at Ratiopharm Ulm after graduating from college allowed Robin to master advertising design and introduce her work to the world on a larger scale. This enhanced their love of analog photography which led them to explore the design process outside of the digital world.
