• Kundalini NRGY: gentle, energetic bodywork. You don't need to do anything - just lie down, breathe and receive. Your energy centers (chakras) and the energy flow in your body are harmonized, stress, old patterns and blockages are allowed to leave and your nervous system finds regulation and balance in a natural way.
