The ceremonial cocoa gently accompanies you from your head back into your body,
opens your heart and gives you the courage to take an honest look
at your light and at what still lies in the shadows.
Both belong to you. Both are allowed to be there.

take a deep breath
and realign yourself - not
not because you have to, but because it feels right.
