Oliver Kalkofe, presenter, actor, bestselling author and passionate film fan, presents his favorite films in his unmistakable way at the Colosseum cinema. An event for the whole family that revives the cinematic feeling of times gone by. Great classics on the big screen, complemented by personal introductions, anecdotes and exciting background knowledge. Plus popcorn, the Langnese ice cream man and real 80s flair instead of streaming on the sofa.

Kalkofe began his career at the legendary breakfast radio station before switching to television in the 90s. He became known to a wide audience with his award-winning satire Kalkofes Mattscheibe. He also enjoyed success in the cinema, for example with the Edgar Wallace parodies Der Wixxer and Neues vom Wixxer alongside Bastian Pastewka. Since 2013, he has presented the cult show SchleFaZ together with Peter Rütten.

He has been writing the column Kalkofes letzte Worte in TV Spielfilm for almost 30 years. Together with Oliver Welke, he can be heard on the successful podcast Kalk und Welk. He can also be seen regularly on extra 3. In 2024, he launched his new show Faking Bad and published his book Sieg der Blödigkeit (Victory of Stupidity), which was on the SPIEGEL bestseller list for several weeks.
