Kat Frankie on tour again with B O D I E S in Germany in spring 2027

After a series of sold-out concerts in Germany, the UK and France - including at the Berlin Philharmonie and the Elbphilharmonie - the vocal project B O D I E S is now planning its next steps. Under the direction of Berlin-based artist and producer Kat Frankie, the eight-piece a cappella ensemble continues to surprise, delight and move audiences to tears and standing ovations. Kat Frankie's music is known to range from very delicate to stormily powerful and to be performed with an emotional force that eight women can only produce together in harmony.

It would be easy to see music with the voices of eight female singers and no instruments as a creative limitation. But for Frankie this has created much more freedom: "There is so much to explore with harmony, voice and performance and so many directions this show can go. Having been more interested in composition in recent years, I'm now returning to songs, telling stories and exploring lyrics. And the show is getting bigger and bigger:
The staging, the choreography, all our stomping and movements are evolving. But in the end, we are eight women on stage telling a story about community and collective striving. I think that's the real heart of the show," she says.

B O D I E S' performances have constantly evolved over the past few years and will continue to hold an artistic surprise every time.
