In the organizer's words:

The documentary "No Country for Nobody" by Max Ahrens and Maik Lüdemann accompanies a rescue mission in the Mediterranean, shows the catastrophic conditions in refugee camps and gives a voice to people who have survived the life-threatening journey to Europe. At the same time, the film takes a look at political and social developments in Germany: a growing right-wing populism is shaping the discourse. Flight and migration are increasingly criminalized, and humanitarian aid is coming under pressure. (quoted from the film distribution website)

We have invited Thomas Nuding (activist with SARAH https://sarah-seenotrettung.org/ ) and representatives of Amnesty International.
