How do words sound? Can you make art with numbers or speak through a picture with text?

Inspired by the artist Karl Holmqvist, we playfully discover the world of sound, language and signs.
In the exhibition, we encounter his works twice: we hear his voice in the room and discover numbers and words that become part of his artworks.
We then get creative ourselves: we use cut-out words and sentences to design our own text collages on small canvases. If you like, you can also add small papier-mâché faces to the works and turn them into imaginative figures.

Please bring clothes that can get dirty and, if necessary, photos of things, people and animals that can become part of the collage.

Material costs: € 3.00 per person

Duration: approx. 2.5 hours incl. break (please bring your own food if required)
