Tiger and Bear find a mysterious treasure map—and just like that, an exciting adventure begins. Together with their new friend, the rabbit Jochen Gummibär, they set out in search of the great treasure. But they’re not alone: the clever detective Gokatz and the athletic dog “Kurt the Growler” are hot on their heels. Their journey takes them through ink swamps, ice deserts, and all the way to an old pirate ship.
A lovingly animated film based on the popular book by Janosch—full of friendship, courage, and the realization that the most beautiful treasures are sometimes found in places quite different from what you’d expect.
