Kino unter Sternen auf der Burg Frankenberg

We are delighted to present arthouse films at Burg Frankenberg for the fifth time as part of the open air program. From the very beginning, Burg Frankenberg with its intimate atmosphere has established itself as a very special venue for summer cinema. Last year, almost all screenings were sold out again! Together with Apollo Kino Aachen, we will once again transform the castle courtyard into one of the most beautiful open-air cinemas.

Ten different films will be shown on ten consecutive evenings.

More than 50 years after the closure of the last cinema in the district, we can now offer a real cinema program together (albeit for a limited time).

Depending on sunset, films will start at 21:00, from 24.8. at 20:45 and from 26.8. at 20:30. This means we can also offer longer movies. Admission is 60 minutes in advance. Drinks and popcorn will be provided.
