A happy childhood, a loving grandfather and an ancient olive tree are the cornerstones of this film about the conflict between tradition and economy.
Alma has been close to her grandfather since childhood. Against his will, an ancient olive tree of breathtaking beauty, which had always belonged to the local olive shark, was sold. The proceeds helped the family to overcome financial difficulties. Since then, the grandfather has remained silent. Shortly before his death, Alma wants to get the tree back. A journey begins that leaves no one in the family untouched.
Recommended for ages 12 and up.
The film will be shown in the original version with subtitles.
Free admission.
