Watch out women! A welcome change on May 29 at the Rheinisches - with drinks, city views and live music
While elsewhere, fathers are out wandering through mud and cornfields, the Rheinisches Landestheater invites all women to celebrate the holiday on May 29 according to their own rules. An evening for girlfriends, favorite wives and all those who don't want to do anything with the classic Father's Day ritual - the already celebrated man can of course also come along.
At 18:00, "Kirmes forever - oder Wie wir gemeinsam den Vogel abgeschossen haben" ("Kirmes forever - or how we shot the bird together") offers the very best in marquee atmosphere. The entertaining evening combines humorous texts about the shooting club with atmospheric fairground music, performed live by the acting ensemble, peppered with traditional shooting songs from Neuss and the odd self-deprecating wink.
Afterwards, the city balcony opens up for a relaxed finale with table football, cool drinks, live music and just the right amount of holiday spirit!
The artists' association K*Buff will provide the perfect soundtrack: handmade, relaxed and perfect for a sundowner over the city. Drink in your hand, music in your ear, your favorite people around you - come by and have a good time!
Free admission to the balcony event, tickets for the performance of "Kirmes forever - oder Wie wir gemeinsam den Vogel abgeschossen haben" are available via the webshop and at the theater box office.
Information about the play:
When the local radio presenter announces the first funfair hits through the microphone, the people who have moved away come home and the first glasses of Altbier clink, then everyone knows: it's funfair time again! In our musical evening "KIRMES FOREVER- oder WIE WIR GEMEINSAM DEN VOGEL ABGESCHUSSEN HABEN" we go on a journey through the most beautiful, bizarre and unforgettable moments of the Schützenfest. With humorous scenes and songs to sing along to, we celebrate the fair - with everything that goes with it!
Come along, grab a gingerbread heart and let's shoot the bird together!
