Christoph Pauli chases us through his life, from a classical concert pianist who ended up in show business through a fling.

In his piano show, Christoph Pauli combines different musical genres that he has acquired as a soloist on the concert stage, as an accompanist to many big stars and as a bandleader for TV shows. Most of the time, he was a silent man at the piano, listening attentively to the great experts in the field.

Now he breaks his silence and talks about his life as a pianist in his piano lesson. He tells us how it works with women, what he has learned from his keyboard heroes Rubinstein, Oscar Peterson and Chilly Gonzales, and takes us on a musical-cabaret journey from Sunday mornings at the church organ to late-night music nights.

He is joined on his enjoyable musical trip from baroque to rock by three excellent musicians: Alex Haas on bass, Knut Mensing on guitar and Reinhold Kampferseck on drums.
