Katharina Uhland and Florian Thunemann have lived through all forms of togetherness. They travel with two guitars, two voices, a megaphone and a loop station. Fine sounds come out of it. Mostly in German, sometimes in English, they sing about the moments in life that you would rather have forgotten. And all the others too.
For their lyrics, they draw on what they encounter on their journey. Sometimes their songs contain lyrics that they have already had to deal with on the theater stage. Farewell letters that have never seen the inside of a letterbox. They tell of love and relationships, of not-love and not-relationships, of living and letting live. Their survival trick for the turmoil of what is called life is humor. That's how - when things are going well - the lightness comes: "Without music, life would be a mistake" (Nietzsche) - with it too, but it's a bit more fun!
