Our legendary cabbage parties in the Union Brewery’s beer garden will take place on the following dates:

You can look forward to
– A cabbage buffet with smoked pork loin, Pinkel sausage, and cooked sausage, as well as soup and red fruit compote with vanilla sauce
– For vegans (by advance reservation): vegan cabbage with Pinkel
– For those who don’t like cabbage: shredded chicken with mushrooms
– A beverage package featuring 4 different UNION beers on tap, non-alcoholic UNION beers, red and white wine, Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, long drinks with Bombay Sapphire gin, Havana Club, Smirnoff vodka, Ballantine’s whiskey, and Korn, as well as Obstler, Jägermeister, various Mackenstedter schnapps, Berliner Luft, cola, soda, orange juice, water, and coffee

- 6:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

(Must be 18 or older to attend)

Reservations & Payment
Send us an email at reservierung@brauerei-bremen.de and include your name, phone number, billing address, preferred date (and an alternate date if applicable), and the maximum group size. You can reduce the number of participants free of charge within 10 days after booking. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate an increase in the number of participants. Based on the final number of participants, we’ll then send you your invoice via email.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel in writing at least 3 weeks before the party date, we’ll issue a 35-euro credit. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
