The documentary "HÄNDE" asks whether class origin and affiliation can be read from the hands: Poverty or wealth, ways of working and living, access to money and culture ...? The film encourages us to question social circumstances and disadvantage and looks at hands in the power field of class and classism (classism is disadvantage based on social origin and/or social and economic position).

The atmospheric documentary "See You Next Time" is about encounters that arise at the manicure table. Crystal Kayiza describes her film as an insight into the intimate moments shared between a Chinese nail artist and her Black client at a nail salon in Brooklyn, NY. What connects the two, what separates them?

Following the short film screening,Ayşe Güleç (academic and activist) will moderate a discussion between Phương Thúy Nguyễn ("Sorge 87", W.I.R - wirlautstark, Werdauer Initiative gegen Rassismus WIR e.V.) and Verena Brakonier ("HÄNDE"). Visitors are cordially invited to join in the discussion.
