Konzert: Klaus der Geiger / Lembach Trio
In the organizer's words:
When Klaus the Violinist and Marius Peters come together, it’s more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of life and music. For over ten years, the two have been touring Germany together, blending their worlds in a very special way: One is a living legend, known as arguably Germany’s most famous street musician and a fixture at the Herzberg Festival. The other was still a music student in Cologne when they first met. The 50-year age difference couldn’t be greater. Klaus and Marius are the perfect example of how music brings people together across all differences and how true passion knows no age limits. Their encounter was a magical moment: on stage, two artists met who immediately shared the same passion for improvisation and virtuosity. The Kölner Stadtanzeiger called them “the most unusual boy band from Cologne,” and that describes them perfectly—a creative duo that, like almost no other, manages to bridge the gap between generations.
