The small Oldenburg indie rock band o.k.kuper is a kind of overpriced model train for the four musicians - a project of joy, a retreat from everyday life as well as an attempt to press its depths into song miniatures again and again. Anyone boarding the tiny wagon gets a clear view of the self-painted landscapes and villages in which Hendrik, Klaus, Andreas and Olav recreate their world and ponder noisily about life and love. Their songs are left raw and angular for long stretches, like ballast in a track bed. The train rumbles through the night on an uneven track, you stay awake, the songs are stations at which you sometimes stop, but sometimes you also drive through them at full speed.

Høllge is your new guitar rock band from Oldenburg. Sascha (drums), Michael (bass), Jobst (lead guitar) and Wolf (vocals and guitar), musicians on the second educational path, broadcast the finest indie d(e)ad rock from a basement, not in Seattle, not in Hamburg Bahrenfeld... but Bloherfelde.
