Konzertabend mit Romantik, Witz und großen Gefühlen

On Friday, June 12, 2026, the BRASSerie ensemble will bring a romantic musical comedy to the stage at Universum® and combine the unique sounds of brass instruments with poetry in "LOVE, sweet Love".

The band, led by Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra member Matthias Berkel on horn with Manuel Viehmann, Björn Bein, Konstantin Päßler and Karl Berkel on trumpet, trombone and tuba, will stage a medley of music, poetry, wit and emotional flights of fancy together with actress Imke Burma from 7.00 pm.

Before the performance, you can take a scientific look at perhaps the most beautiful feeling in the world in the thematically appropriate special exhibition "LOVE.". Exhibition director Kerstin Haller will provide exclusive insights into the exhibition and the various facets of love at 6.00 pm.
