At Silent Disco Groove, it’s not about the perfect dance moves—it’s about the shared experience. The music and little prompts from our instructor, Astrid, come directly into your ears through wireless headphones—inspiring, encouraging, and as colorful as Munich itself. Everyone sets their own volume, dances however they feel like, and yet a shared rhythm emerges. Whether young or old, Silent Disco Groove gets everyone moving and creates a great atmosphere.
