• Impulse lecture on mindful handling of our everyday challenges - with business health coach & mental trainer, Olli
  In a practical lecture, Olli talks about modern ways of coping with stress and how to deal with stress in a mindful way. With impulses from psychology, mindfulness and movement, you will learn how to consciously slow down and cultivate inner peace in everyday life. This session is rounded off with guided relaxation to pause, take a deep breath and refocus.

• Mindful wine tasting & food pairing
  Finally, we invite you to consciously enjoy selected wines from the Hammen winery. Accompanied by a lecture on mindful enjoyment, the focus is on quality rather than quantity, on origin, craftsmanship and the special moment.
