Powerful yoga in the open air. Sunday mornings on the covered wooden platform at ELEMENT Outdoor: space, fresh air - and a challenging class. The classes are taught by different teachers every week, each with their own signature - sometimes flowing and intense, sometimes invigorating and precise. Two Sundays are never quite the same; what they have in common is that they involve work and sweat. Bring some yoga experience and the desire to push yourself to your limits.
Yoga mats are provided, you don't need to bring anything except comfortable clothes.
Price information:
The trial lesson costs €9.90. For those who come regularly, there are single and 4-person cards and memberships.
