Kreativzeit für Erwachsene

Together we paint stones with colorful motifs, sweet messages or small works of art. The painted stones can then be exchanged or laid out to bring a little joy to other people and put a smile on their faces.

The global trend of painting and laying out stones originally comes from the USA. The movement became known through the "Kindness Rocks Project", which was launched in 2015 by the American Megan Murphy. The aim is to spread joy, courage and solidarity in everyday life with small, creatively designed messages.

This event will take place as part of the Action Week against Loneliness from June 22 to 28, 2026. Under the motto "Together out of loneliness", the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) is calling on people across Germany to create encounters, bring people together and focus more attention on the issue of loneliness.
