Crime comedy at Einstein Kultur with the Theater in der Au

Under the direction of Sepp Käser, the "Theater in der Au" is performing the crime comedy "Bares, Rares - and it was gone!

The lively play revolves around the impoverished lord of the castle Elmar, who sells a ceramic chicken on the TV show "Bares, Rares" for little money to pay off debts and then discovers that the chicken is worth millions. In his search for more "valuable poultry", a whole host of bizarre characters appear, including his wife and a necromancer, which leads to chaotic mix-ups and a turbulent hunt. It's all about greed, secrets and the desire to make a quick buck. This turbulent comedy from the authors' collective "The Eight" parodies antiques shows and aristocratic clichés and is full of wit and surprising twists.
