KRITZEL KRAKEL SPIELEREI

Sketch, paint, experiment—anything goes! Together, we’ll create a large wooden structure that will be set up in front of LUISE. Using acrylic markers, we’ll draw colorful figures, imaginative animals, patterns, letters, little stories, or simply shapes and colors.

The point isn’t to paint something as realistically as possible. We’ll draw inspiration from comics, street art, and our own imaginations.

Whether you’ve painted many times before or are picking up a pen for the first time: you don’t need any prior artistic experience. And don’t worry—Kritzeln und Krakel have a few tips up their sleeves to help with creative blocks and shaky hands.

The workshop is open to all age groups. Please wear clothes and shoes that can get colorful! 

Bine Mayer, an artist from Munich, runs the screen-printing workshop at the Färberei, among other things, and combines abstract fantasy images with the simplified lines of the cartoon style in her comic art.
